Testimonials/ Acknowledgements

In 2018, Colette represented a Wife who was desperate for a Divorce but whom was convinced that her husband would stand in her way at every opportunity. Husband made it clear from the outset that he would not “allow” Wife to Divorce him and that he would defend any Divorce proceedings. Wife was convinced she would not be able to conclude a Divorce. Following the pronouncement of her Decree Absolute, Wife expressed her sincere gratitude to Colette for her patience and persistence in securing her a Divorce in circumstances whereby Husband failed to co-operate or engage in any way.

In early 2019, Colette achieved a very favourable outcome for a spouse involved in a complex, high value financial case involving property and share portfolios and where there were financial conduct allegations made by both parties. The information and paperwork about this case was vast but Colette’s methodical and efficient approach meant that she could manage and analyse the information with ease, enabling her to provide the client with clear and realistic advice.
